Shipping & Delivery
All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.
Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent / too risky to fulfill, payment will be voided and all funds will be released back to the original payment method.
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and holidays) will be shipped the following week. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.
Shipping is FREE on orders of $75 or more. For orders less than $75, shipping is $9.95.
We also offer 2-day shipping for $29.95 and overnight shipping for $39.95.
If you select an expedited shipping option, your order must be submitted before 3pm ET to qualify.

- Standard: 1-7 business days
- 2-Day: 2 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day
These are approximate shipping times. We cannot guarantee your order will be delivered within these timeframes - especially during holidays. (Example: if Thanksgiving is Thursday, any orders placed Wednesday night / Thursday will not be shipped until Friday or Monday.) For assistance with shipments that exceed the above timeframes, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.
Where We Ship:
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous states. International shipping, and shipping to Military APO/FPO/DPO, are unavailable at this time. We hope to accommodate these options soon.

By selecting Route at checkout, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a shipping issue with Route and be refunded. Cancellations and Changes to Existing Orders:
Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed. If a shipment is returned to us, we will not refund the original shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products:
In the event you were shipped the wrong item or a defective product, please contact us immediately.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Please ensure that you have selected Route Insurance at checkout for package protection.
