Frederick’s of Hollywood accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in their original condition and packaging
- Show no signs of wear or direct contact with skin
Because proper fit is important, we recommend trying on items while wearing your own underwear. For hygiene reasons, merchandise that shows signs of wear or direct skin contact will not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Returns
The following items/orders are not eligible for return through our U.S. return portal:
- Purchases made through third-party retailers (department stores, resellers, or any site other than juicycouture.com)

Items marked FINAL SALE
- Items that show signs of wear or direct contact with skin
Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will not be refunded, and will be disposed of on site.

When your return is registered, you will receive:
- A return shipping label
- A packing slip
Important:
Items sent back without a return packing slip may take longer to refund. Packing slips are provided with the return shipping label when you register your return through our return portal. Any merchandise returned that does not meet our return requirements may be denied.

Refund to Original Payment Method
If you choose a refund to your original payment method:
- A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return has been delivered to our warehouse.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund via Gift Card
If you choose a gift card refund:
- You will receive the full refund amount
- No return shipping deduction will apply
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing once your return has been delivered to our warehouse.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received the wrong item or believe your product is defective, please contact our Customer Support team immediately so we can assist you.
Products marked as "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned for an exchange, refund, or store credit.
Klarna Orders
If your order was paid for using Klarna, your refund will be automatically sent to Klarna once processed and reflected in your updated payment plan. For additional details regarding your payment schedule, please contact Klarna directly.
