Return Policy
Frederick’s of Hollywood accepts returns of unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of delivery date.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- Hal all original tags attached
- Show no signs of wear or direct contact with skin
Because proper fit is important, we recommend trying on items while wearing your own underwear. For hygiene reasons, merchandise that shows signs of wear or direct skin contact will not be accepted.
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will not be refunded, and will be disposed of on site.
Shipping & Processing
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping rates may vary depending on your location.
- If you use our provided return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
- Please allow 5–7 business days for processing once your return has been delivered to our facility.
Returns sent without prior return authorization from support@fredericks.com may experience delays and may not be eligible for a refund.

Klarna Orders
