COVID-19 Update

Due to the ongoing global health crisis all carriers are experiencing delays across their delivery networks due to increased demand. This includes updates to order tacking and delivery times.

Please rest assured that your order is on its way and will be arriving to you as quickly as possible.

We do ask that you take this into consideration before contacting our support team, and to allow an additional 2-3 days after your quoted delivery time frame before contacting us.

We continue to provide contactless delivery through our delivery partners, to ensure you are keeping safe while staying at home.

  • How do I track my order?

    DELIVERY STATUS:

    To track your order simply login to your account and click 'MY ORDERS', then select 'VIEW ORDER' of the order you wish to track. On the following page select 'TRACK', you will then be redirected to our delivery partners website which will include up to date tracking information.

    All orders ship from our warehouse within 12-36 hours. If your order has no shipping information available, and you have not yet received your shipping conformation email, then your order has not yet been shipped.

    KEEP IN MIND:

    Tracking information may not be available for the first 48 to 72 hours after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.

    IF TRACKING SHOWS A “DELIVERED” STATUS, BUT YOU CAN’T FIND YOUR PACKAGE:

    - Wait 72 hours; sometimes the “Delivered” status updates before the carrier arrives.

    - Look for a “Delivery Attempted” notification left by the carrier; they may be attempting to reach you to deliver your package.

    - Look around for your package. Some carriers leave packages in hidden places so it cannot be seen from the street.

    - Check to see if someone else, like a neighbor or an Apartment Office Manager, accepted delivery on your behalf.

    If after 72 hours you are still unable to locate your package using the above options, please contact us, and state your order number.

  • Order help

    If your order is past it’s due delivery date, please contact us, and state your order number. One of our customer service team will investigate the status of your delivery, and respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.

  • I've just placed my order, can I change it?

    Please note it is not currently possible for us to make changes to orders, such as adding additional items, removing items, or updating shipping methods. If your order has already shipped we won’t be unable to cancel or make changes to it.
