Managing retention e-mail and loyalty programs including promotion plan development, creative production, analysis and reporting of results and trends. |

Associate Buyer
This position assists our Special Occasions buyer, trains new assistant buyers and buys a small category of merchandise under the guidance of the buyer. The selected individual will perform all buying functions for the category, for both our stores and direct businesses. Responsibilities include
|
Creating the assortment plan, analyzing sales, margin and inventory utilization. |
|
Managing all related processes including purchase orders, price changes, and associated communications. |
|
Managing vendor relationships on all phases of the buying process to ensure accurate and timely deliveries. |
Experience as an assistant buyer is required. Knowledge of the Island Pacific and CommercialWare Merchandising Systems is a plus.

Assistant Buyer
This position supports the Special Occasions buying team in a variety of functions including:

Maintenance and tracking of purchase orders, markdowns, sku maintenance and sales reports. |

Management of sample requests and receipts. |

Coordination of all associated communications with the buying team, vendors and internal departments. |
Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Outlook is required. Experience using Island Pacific and Mozart Merchandise systems is a plus.
