Return Policy

If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, we will gladly accept any item back within 90 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept merchandise purchased online in our stores. We ask for your patience as processing your return as it may take up to 30 days. Frederick's of Hollywood is not liable for returns received after the 90 day period. All refunds will be granted for the price of the merchandise, excluding $7.95 for the cost of shipping.
