How Are Products Shipped?
Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days. Expected delivery times apply solely to in-stock items. We currently offer ground, express and overnight shipping for domestic U.S. orders.*
Standard Ground Delivery – Look forward to receiving your in-stock items within 15+ business days.
Preferred Ground Delivery – Look forward to receiving your in-stock items within 6-9 business days. This method does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Express Delivery: Place your order by 11 A.M. EST Monday through Friday and select 2-Day shipping for your in-stock items to ship on the same day. Deliveries will be applicable to business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This method does not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Overnight Delivery: Place your order by 11 A.M. EST Monday through Thursday and select Overnight shipping for your in-stock items to ship on the same day. Deliveries will be applicable to business days (excluding weekends and holidays). This method does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

What Is Your Return Policy?
Frederick's of Hollywood will gladly accept returns* for items purchased on the www.fredericks.com store that are received back to our warehouse within 30 days from delivery date for a refund, and 60 days from delivery date for www.fredericks.com account credit. Unfortunately, returns received after 60 days from delivery date cannot be accepted.
*No returns are allowed on Clearance items.
HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY
Orders placed between November 27, 2015 and December 23, 2015 are eligible for our extended holiday return policy. During this period, we will accept returns* postmarked by January 15, 2016.
*Excludes Final Sale
We are glad to accept return of items in new and unworn condition with all original tags attached, accessories included, and original packaging.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). You can request your RMA # and review our complete Return Policy by clicking below:
How will my return be processed?
We ask for your patience as processing your return may take up to 14 days following receipt to our warehouse. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.
What Happens If My Shipment Is Refused/Cannot Be Delivered?
Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Frederick's of Hollywood. The customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling. Customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.
