 How do I return/exchange an item?

Returns and Exchanges (within the United States)

Your business is very important to us. If you are not satisfied for any reason with any item, please return it to us within 90 days of shipment for a refund or exchange. Frederick’s of Hollywood is not liable for returns received after 90 days. Refunds will be granted for the price of the merchandise, but exclude the cost of shipping.

For effortless returns, simply use the prepaid return label included with your order. We will deduct $7.95 return postage from your credit or refund. If you wish to make an exchange, simply fill out the reorder form on the reverse side of your packing slip in the section labeled reordered items.

Instructions for Returning Merchandise
Include the completed Return Form found on the other side of your packing slip. For each item you are returning, indicate one of the reasons for return (listed below) in the Return Code field on the Return Form. Wrap item(s) securely in either our shipping container or one similar and tape closed.

Choose your return option:
Option 1. UPS Return Service (within the continental United States ONLY) - Your most convenient return option.

  1. Attach the pre-paid, pre-addressed return label from the front of your invoice to your return package.
  2. Give your return package to a UPS Driver or use one of the many drop points such as a UPS Store in your area, a UPS Drop Box or anywhere UPS does a scheduled daily pick-up.

Want to track your return? - Go to www.ups.com and use the Tracking or Track by Reference Number options. To track by reference you may use your Order Number conveniently located next to your Customer Number on the front of your invoice

Option 2. - Return on your own – This is the only return option for non-continental US and Canada.

  1. Pay for shipping with a shipper/mailer of your choice. (For your protection, we recommend that you obtain a receipt from shipper/mailer and insure your package for the amount of its value.)
  2. Send your return to the following address:

Reasons for Return (write the appropriate number in the Return Code column on the Return Form located on the other side of your packing slip):

  1. Too small
  2. Too big
  3. Received wrong item
  4. Received wrong size/color
  5. Unlike photo/description
  6. Late delivery
  7. Defective
  8. Poor quality/workmanship
  9. Do not like
  10. Received damaged
